Bicentennial Square Industry Feedback

Project Overview

Bicentennial Square (BiSQ) is a once-in-a-generation opportunity to transform a key waterfront site in Bunbury's city centre into a vibrant destination for business, education, tourism, events and community life.

At the 2026 IIF Conference, the City of Bunbury shared the BiSQ Masterplan with industry representatives, investors, developers, businesses and institutions from across Western Australia. This survey seeks feedback from conference attendees to better understand market interest in the precinct and identify the opportunities, priorities and conditions needed to support future investment.

The survey explores perceptions of the precinct's potential, preferred development opportunities, investment barriers and delivery priorities. The feedback will help inform future planning, partnership opportunities and the staged delivery of the masterplan.

The survey takes around five minutes to complete. Responses will be reported in aggregate and used to support the ongoing development of the Bicentennial Square project.

Thank you for contributing your insights and helping shape the future of Bunbury's city centre.
